IT Asset Disposition
eLoop's process is simple. Our assessment is customary to all clients’ needs. Our onsite services include professionally trained, background-checked, drug tested employees that perform secure onsite services with minimal disruption of workflow. Our pickup & logistics services provide secure chain-of-custody surpassing industry standards. This includes documented collections (tracking of serial numbers), manifest for all shipments, and certificates of proper recycling issued to all partners. This chain of custody extends from collection to the final destination. Once back at our facility, all electronics are separated by waste stream and sent to our vetted downstream processors. Our client portal eTrack provides you with our Certificate of Recycling, which can be accessed via the internet. Our customer service line and email will have any questions answered within 24 hours.
